Privacy Policy

Floway ("we", "us") is operated by Black Shark Digital LLC (4545 36th St Suite B, Orlando, FL 32811, USA). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions? Email hello@flowayapp.com.

Information we collect

• Email address — to send you deal alerts, onboarding and product updates, and to run your account.
• Home airport (IATA code) — to find deals leaving that airport.
• Quiz answers (the kind of trip you want and how often you travel) — to tailor the deals we show you, on our sign-up flow at deal.flowayapp.com.
• Routes you save and basic app usage — to power tracking and improve recommendations, in the app.
• Which screens you saw and when — to understand which screens work, on the sign-up flow.
• The campaign that brought you — to understand which ads work, on the sign-up flow.
• Subscription record — to run and support your subscription. This does not include your full card number.
• Error and crash reports — to fix problems in the mobile app.
• The region of your IP address — to guess your home airport on the sign-up flow. We do not store your IP address as a location history.

How we use it

We use your information to run Floway: send deal alerts and emails, process payments and run subscriptions, measure which campaigns and screens work, and fix app errors. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We use these providers to run Floway:

• Stripe — card payments on the web. We never see or store your full card number.
• RevenueCat — keeps track of your subscription status across web and app.
• Supabase — our database and sign-in.
• Vercel — hosting for our websites.
• Meta — measuring the results of our ad campaigns.
• MailerLite — email delivery.
• RedTrack — attributing visits and purchases to campaigns on the sign-up flow at deal.flowayapp.com.
• Sentry — error and crash reports from the mobile app.

They act on our instructions and only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. Your account is deleted right away and your profile, alerts, saved deals and preferences are removed; if part of that removal fails, we retry it automatically. This cannot be undone. It does not cancel a subscription, and it does not remove payment records or data held by our sign-up flow or by the providers listed above. If you subscribed on the web, cancel that subscription separately with the billing link in your welcome email, or ask for deletion by email instead, as below.

Or email hello@flowayapp.com to ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion, including data from our sign-up flow at deal.flowayapp.com or held by our providers. We handle these requests within 30 days, as applicable, and deleting your data this way cancels a subscription bought on the web. Data a provider holds is kept or deleted under that provider's role and policy, and payment and subscription records are kept as long as tax and accounting obligations require.

A subscription bought through the App Store is cancelled only by you, in your App Store account settings.

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Unsubscribing stops emails; it does not delete your account.

Data retention & security

We keep your data while your account is active. Payment and subscription records are kept only as long as tax and accounting obligations require, and then deleted. Deleting your account in the app removes only the app data described under Your choices; it does not remove data from our sign-up flow or data held by our providers. You can ask us by email for access to or deletion of that data, as described there; what is deleted, and when, also depends on each provider's role and policy and on payment, tax and accounting obligations. We apply reasonable measures to protect your data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page.
